Traditional reading
The shark, hunter of the sea, signifies a strong rival or a threat. Being chased by a shark was seen as a warning to watch out for people after your gains, but fending off or catching one was read as beating a tough opponent and taking a large share.
Through the heart
The shark reflects anxiety and aggression hidden beneath the surface. It may be asking you to look at the feeling of being pushed around by someone, or at your own sharp emotions.

Lucky or unlucky?
Check in with yourself A dream reflecting an anxious or tired heart
Rather than an unlucky omen, this is a dream asking you to check in with yourself. Often an anxious or tired mind, or a worry you have been putting off, borrows the shape of a dream. Instead of reading it as a warning that something bad will happen, use it as a chance to notice what has been weighing on you lately.
