The year ahead
This is a year when your hidden talents haven't yet come to light. Just as a fine horse lying in the stable goes unnoticed until Bole, the famed judge of horses, spots it, you need to wait for your moment. Before long you'll rise greatly, like a yellow dragon breathing out clouds from green bamboo.
This is a year when the talent you hold in your heart gradually reveals its light. The jade rabbit holding golden light in the first verse means you already possess something valuable inside — it just isn't fully visible yet. The fine horse lying in the stable in the second verse says it may be frustrating that no one recognizes you, but there's no need to look down on yourself. The yellow dragon breathing out clouds in the green bamboo grove of the third verse is an auspicious symbol of rising greatly and working wonders when the time comes. In fact, from spring through late spring there's a clear flow of wealth and name rising together with benefactors helping, so boldly unfold what you've prepared. The dew at the tip of the eaves in the last verse is small but shines clearly and startles the onlooker, so small devotion moves people's hearts. But it's better to be careful of quarrels and lawsuits in late summer and land-related matters in autumn. At year's end money flourishes from the southwest and there's a happy family event, so it'll be a year when you smile as much as you waited.
