The year ahead
This is a year of harmony between high and low and of peaceful affairs. Unexpected wealth comes in generously, more than from the work handed down in your family. Body and mind are at ease and warm energy fills everything, like an auspicious sun shining on a spring city.
This is a year when those above and below are in harmony and blessings overflow. The first verse, about the king and ministers sitting together at a feast of peace, means superiors and subordinates, family and colleagues are of one mind. As the verse says unexpected wealth is plentiful rather than the family trade of generations, profit comes in from unexpected places. The third verse, with body and mind at ease and a warm breeze blowing, shows peace of heart continuing throughout the year. The auspicious sun and the Taiyi star in the last verse speak of heaven's helping energy, so it's good to plan big things. From the seventh through the twelfth months especially, lucky months continue and your name and wealth rise together. But just as the original verse for the eleventh month urges a clear heart and few desires, the greater your blessings, the more humble you must be. It's a year when the more you share and give, the longer blessings stay.
