This is a year when high position and authority come your way. You see the big picture, as if seeing through seventy-two situations by following the principles of the sun and moon. All twenty-four directions are prosperous, and you achieve things through wisdom, like the old stratagem of scattering the enemy with a flute's song beneath Mount Jiming.

The first line, entering Qin and wearing the minister's seal, borrows the tale of an ancient strategist who won high office in a great state to say you'll meet a stage on which to show your skills and take on an important role. Seeing through seventy-two situations by the reason of sun and moon means your eye for the big picture and your judgment grow sharper. The line about abundance in all twenty-four directions is a generous promise that there's benefit whichever way you move. The last line, scattering the enemy with a flute's sound beneath Mount Jiming, is the image of someone who resolves difficulties with wisdom and cunning rather than force. The first, third through fifth, ninth and twelfth lunar months are especially bright, with money and honor following together. But in the second lunar month travel is unfavorable, in the sixth lunar month your reputation may be tarnished, and in the tenth lunar month you must beware of people who only pretend to be friendly. The higher you rise, the more you should carry humility and wisdom together, and that honor will last long.
