The year ahead
This is a year when you've gotten ahead but need to look after what's behind you. It may be exhausting, like crossing great mountain after great mountain on a long road at dusk. There may be a time of drifting as the family business wavers, but after the hardship you'll meet a good-hearted person again.
This is a year when, as far as you've gone ahead, you must look after what's behind. As in the first line, even if you've crossed the sea alone, you'll feel uneasy if the people and foundation who should come with you can't keep up. So put your effort into firming up the rear rather than speed. The sunset road and great mountains of the second line are a weary journey, but if you cross them one step at a time, there can be an end. The third line means a time when your workplace or household wavers, so don't rush big changes; choose to hold steady. The kind person of the fourth line is the precious connection who will come at the end of hardship. In the fifth and sixth lunar months there are worries caused by words and people, so keep your mouth heavy. In the tenth lunar month there's a great celebration, like six dragons heading for the sky. At year's end your steadfastness, like a pine on a rock, is rewarded.
