This is a year when rushing can easily throw your preparations off. You may find yourself sighing and looking back on what has passed. You may go south and north without meeting anyone you know, so seek advice from experienced people, like asking an old man the way on a road at dusk.
This is a year when your preparations easily go awry if you rush. As in the first line, you set out early in the morning but your attire doesn't fit, so be sure to check whether your preparations suit the situation before you begin. The second line shows someone stroking their chest and looking back on past glory. Rather than dwelling in regret, set your heart on what you can do now. Knowing no one in any direction in the third line means a lonely time, so rather than holding on alone, make the effort to find someone trustworthy. The old man of the fourth line is advice from someone experienced. The one who asks when the road is blocked is the one who finds it. From the fifth to the eleventh lunar month there's much to be careful about, but in the fourth lunar month there's the joy of meeting an old friend on a long road. In the twelfth lunar month, refine yourself and keep your household in order, and misfortune turns into blessing. Don't be afraid; hold steady step by step, and it's a year you can get through.

The upper number comes from your Korean age that year plus the year's taese number, the middle from the length and month number of your birth month that year, and the lower from your birth day plus the day number. So the same person gets a different hexagram each year.
